From northernmost Argentina, trek across the Andes to the amazing high Atacama Desert of Chile.
From Cachi, the trek follows a route that crosses the impressive Andes mountain range, over the course of which we will explore in depth the ancient culture and surprising geography of the Calchaquí valleys. On the Argentine side, the travesía will be based mainly in Cachi, the area where the first inhabitants in this vast region came to live thousands of years ago.ears ago.

LYRIC BUENOS AIRES
Enjoy Argentina's Capitol with all the concerts and perfomances available plus a concert or symphony at the famed Theatro Colon. Also learn to tango with a master and dance the night away at a local Milonga!
LEARN TO COOK - ARGENTINE STYLE
This experience combines the visit of a local market with the chef to get the ingredients we will then use on the cookery class.
Meet the chef at the hotel in the morning and together explore some of the loveliest markets in Buenos Aires (our favourite is Mercado del Progreso!) to go shopping in search of the ingredients for our cookery class. Our chef will share the secrets and will give plenty of advice on how to shop and what are the dos and dont´s in Buenos Aires.
Once we have found our material, we transfer to the restaurant where the class begins. The cookery class will focus on the Argentine iconic dishes such as the empanadas and the challenging crimpling!, sweet corn, beef and lamb together with some other delicacies. Dessert will be a treat from the chef.
